Founded in 1992, as one of the oldest privately owned foundry pattern shop in China, JFP has proudly served the foundry industry for 30 years.
We specialize in making patterns for ferrous and non-ferrous metal process. For ferrous metal casting process, we make cope and drag, RAM and swing, and match-plate for automated molding lines (SINTO, DISAMATICS, KW, and etc. ) and no-bake process, cold core boxes (LAMPE, MINGZHI, and etc. ), hot core boxes, core jigs, and other supportive equipment. For non-ferrous metal casting process, we make permanent mold for low-pressure die casting (also known as counter-gravity), tilt and gravity process, and sand molding process.
